Outstandingly accommodating staff throughout.

Bed was great, comfy, good location.

If I had known the pool would not be open I would not have booked there and staff was not willing to accommodate me just sitting in the pool area!!!

I love the workout room especially loved loved loved the late checkout option ;) the hotel is only about 6 miles away from my home I am a single mother with five children and love to have alone time with my boyfriend and we will be visiting your place many many many times in the near future

The only thing that bothered me a little bit and not enough to not come back is the old caulking on the bath tub needed to be taken out and new caulking it looked a little mildewy

I made a reservation for a certain room type. Upon arriving they put me in the smallest room they had and it did not have the amenities that I requested and booked! They did nothing about honoring my reservation.

I was pleased with the location, price and value. The rooms were very clean and the service was very good. I also liked the full breakfast instead of just the continental.

There was a little mold in the bathrooms in the walls near the tub.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I got what i paid for.

I got a terrible heartburn after eating in a restaurant nearby. And the was a tobacco smell everywhere.

The common areas were inviting and accessible. The cozy seating was perfect for a relaxing chat with friends or family, a good experience in this charming setting.

Improve room cleanliness and maintenance urgently.

My stay was fantastic as it provided easy access to nearby attractions like Ray Harrell Nature Park just a short walk away, along with the lively Bill & Ruth's Submarine Shop, just a few steps away for a quick bite before exploring the area.

I came here for 2 nights and had a nice stay. The room was beautifully decorated and huge with a balcony, and I slept very well. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect - within a walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The music bar was spacious.

The hotel staff was rather noisy.

I had double room which was well decorated, exceptionally comfortable bed.

During our stay, we appreciated the spacious atmospheres provided by the inviting common areas. While there were some cleanliness issues in the room, the overall location was quite convenient for our plans. The area had good options for entertaining nearby, which was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping also left a nice touch by providing extra comforts.

The room had decent AC and the shower was hot, thankfully! A couple of good bars nearby, too.

Good place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff kindly accommodated my late checkout. Highly recommend for a comfortable holiday!
